Every time I had to look for a part (4 times!), it's been there on the site. I have received it in a speedy time span (about 2 days later). I will go to "Need A Part" whenever there's a need (lukewarm attempt at pun...I'll stop now). Reasonably priced... still manage to pay bills afterwards. Seriously though, it's my go to whenever I need a new remote!!
