I liked how I got an email when the part was in stock. Nice fast turnaround and delivery once in stock. Only problem was how long it took between me initially asking about part and then being in stock was ages. Well over 6 months, luckily the part I was replacing wasn't completely broken so was still able to be used in the interim.
