The bootcamp was designed in a really structured way, with in-person sessions, assignments, drills, and paired interview training. Before joining the bootcamp, I didn't have much experience in case interview. However, there weren't high barriers for me to follow the class and develop the required skills and business sense along the way. I could see a pretty steep learning curve during the bootcamp. We started from individual skills like notetaking, recaping, structuring, math, synthesis etc.. Then we finally put all those pieces together and applied in real cases. I think the peer training session, though optional, is a crucial part of the bootcamp where you improve the most.

Knowledge & Skills: I would say there is nothing totally new, you can find nearly all in any casebook or program, but the way they connect the knowledge and teach you will make you remember things better. 2. Like-minded folks: Totally diverse set of people here, from all the continents, some are PhD, MBAs, etc. They provide you 8 peer training sessions, and clearly you can connect to your peers and offer to practice more. 3. No risk at all, this is the biggest point. You only pay when you make it to the higher-rank company. (if you are offered with ISA agreement, but mostly you will get it as all the peers I met got the deal).
