I placed my order on Monday at approx 10.30 and my order was delivered on Tuesday at approx 10.30. That is excellent service which is rare these days. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Eurocell in the future.

I think Eurocell is very good because staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Materials are good quality. Delivery is timely and communication well.

Ordered one of the garden home offices which now installed aesthetically looks great from a distance. To forewarn future customers here’s the negatives; - we built the unit ourselves through a family builder. The instructions to self build are minimal at best, some of our favourites being to call up asking how to install the cladding sheets as they didn’t fit to get the reply “you’re supposed to to that at the start” despite it not being in the instructions, multiple fascia boards that you’re supposed to self cut “no instructions” and when installing the door “use your own screws” - several of the items had minor damage, spray droplets or scratches. In the grand scheme of things minor issues, however despite complaining to eurocell in early December, we’ve eventually heard in late January “oh we’d have replaced them at the time which we offered”. Offering to replace faulty parts 7 weeks after they’ve been installed is not useful - had to chase their customer service team across 5 different emails, you’d think when you’re spending 12+k with a company they’d show a little more attentiveness in replying All in all unit looks great, wouldn’t recommend however installing yourself and had a thoroughly disappointing experience throughout with their customer team

Went to Eurocell Eastbourne this morning not really knowing what type of trim I needed. Fortunately I was dealt with by Gordon a most helpful gentleman. He suggested various trims to choose from. He was happy to offer his knowledge and advice, something I thank him for. If you need any plastic trim or plastic products, you best go to Eurocell
