I have had occasion to use the York Clifton Moor branch of Eurocell a few times before Christmas. I'm not a full time tradesman, more of a retired DIYer but the guys at this branch could not have been more helpful. After explaining what I was thinking of doing they came up with the ideal solution. it has always been service with a smile and a little banter between the guys was enjoyable to hear. full marks to the guys behind the counter at Eurocell Clifton Moor York.

So easy to find and order your materials. Really quick delivery and never had an issue with any of my orders. Any issues have been of my own making and easily rectified.

Quick and easy

I ordered a door canopy at the end of November, which took 2 weeks to be delivered. When it arrived, parts were missing and the overall quality was very poor. I called Eurocell the next working day, but they said I had to send an email, which I did the same day. Despite my sending a reminder before Christmas, I have heard absolutely nothing more from Eurocell. The faulty door canopy has had to stay in my kitchen all over Christmas. I cannot order another one, because Eurocell has not refunded my money. Rubbish customer service!

I think Eurocell are very poor because spent 16k upfront expecting perfect garden room constructed within promised 3-4 days. Installers from DEX did a very poor job without spirit level, meaning the sliding door didn't work properly, taking 3 months to fix. DEX appears to be shell company (Companies House 14954619). Clear lack of control over subcontractors or due diligence performed. Given the option I'd have paid 6k for the flat pack and built it myself.

Eurocell's range is good, the service is excellent and the prices competitive.
