The plant is beautiful and ordering was easy but the delivery company driver delivered to a neighbour. He didn’t check the number, I watched him do it. Neighbour was expecting a delivery so took it in, then realised it was for me.

I have given this business five stars due to their very quick resolution not because the experience was great. I ordered five roses two came and the packaging was ripped and in a bad state. The roses were in poor condition. I am still awaiting the other three roses which were shipped on the 12th June. I spoke with the company and with no quibble received a full refund. I’m sure other products are good I was unlucky.

Ordered a ‘Happy Retirement’ rose from Henry Street and was so very pleased with it. It arrived very promptly, well packaged and the rose itself is gorgeous , very healthy and pretty blossoms. Just have to keep it looking as beautiful before I give it away to my friend !

The rose arrived on time in very good condition

My 2 roses arrived a day later than expected. One rose was fine but the other was battered, with loose soil in the bag and four broken main stems. I had to stick them back together with some tape. Disappointing but both roses were very pretty hence the 4 stars. Probably wouldn’t order something like this by post again.

The plants arrived but two had been packed upside down and all four had many broken branches. I have pruned them back and they are now planted to try and gain their recovery . This is not what I expected at all!

Rose arrived early and in very good condition. Well packed too. No only complaint, which is not with your company but your couriers. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, lucky for me the gentleman returned it to me. Impossible to get in contact with DX
