The rose I ordered was damaged on arrival. I Emailed Henry Street, and they told me they would send another rose and to keep the damaged rose. The 2nd rose arrived 3 days later in good condition. Excellent customer service . Very happy customer after initial disappointment.

I ordered 5 roses recently, they were received within a couple of days by courier. They were well packed in individual boxes and were in excellent condition and were good sized plants ready to flower soon. My delivery instructions were followed. I have purchased from Henry Street before and ad a similar experience. I would be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

Delivery company sent txts twice saying they couldn’t deliver despite us staying in for them. Eventually it was delivered. Box had been opened- perhaps to water it? Plant was in good condition when it arrived.
