This company deserves 5 stars. I received my rose in two day, it was a strong established root. Bought to be planted in Churchtown ancient Botanic Gardens in Memmory of a loved one. It was in a good sturdy box on delivery and I was able to replant it in the, cut shorter box, to allow the roots to establish slowly. Thank you very much for all your efforts
