Amazing stay here. Apartments are exactly as seen on photos. The luxurious feeling is apparent as soon as you step in the carpark. The welcome is an amazing touch, such helpful lovely people. The facilities are gorgeous, clean and well kept. Will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in the area

Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!

The apartment itself is lovely, decently decorated to say it’s like an old building but the Hosts were very unprofessional, uncomfortable to speak with and acting very weirdly. They do a lot of checks which are unnecessary and make the process long and awkward. It’s like a mini interview. The location is decent however since it’s opposite a big park expect the usual noises, traffic and people talking, shouting, drunk and all these sorts of things.

Stayed on the Saturday night can’t recommend it enough, very clean throughout bath was amazing and Bobsy is a proper nice bloke went out of his way to make us feel at home plus had loads of recommendations for food etc.. Will definitely be staying again Mark and Chloe

Beautiful and clean apartment. Really spacious too and beds were comfy. The host made sure we had all the amenities needed for our short stay. The jacuzzi bath was a good addition. He went beyond and above to make sure we was all comfortable during our stay and any issues would be dealt with on the spot. Host was easily available through messaging or calling and replied promptly. All in all the place was deffo worth the visit and if you have a car it's not too far off from any of the local attractions or shopping centres. Loads of food places around there and the host himself is very helpful and offers u a list of recommended places to dine at too which is helpful if you are not familiar with the area.

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me with my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny.

Made a booking for Mother’s Day and paid for the apartment as well, only to be called by a horrible, rude lady to say that they overbooked on this particular apartment and that they are happy to refund me. This is an absolute joke and no compensation offered only offered alternative day which is NOT WHY I BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. ————————- Just to confirm that the response I got back from this company is absolutely amazing just shows exactly what I said. I have got full proof such as call logs. STAY AWAY PEOPLE They are so funny look at the way they write back to their customers just shows you what a low class mentality is

Really nice stay at the place. Exactly like the pictures. Host was amazing and responsive. Hot tub was better than expected. Overall very clean and kitted apartment. Had a wonderful weekend. Bed is very comfortable too. Would come again, highly recommend.
