The response is extremely slow and contact with a human is impossible. I did reach out to my agent and she is unable to get any answers from you either. It has been 10 days now, the enrollment period for supplemental insurance with Medicare is over. Smart Match has been zero help.

Appointment was simple to schedule and we received our scheduled call on time. Braden was knowledgeable and efficient making our decisions very easy. We put this off until very late in the game. However, with Braden's guidance enrollment was a snap.
