I have been trying to connect with the original rep that I spoke to in Sept regarding a Medicare choice but he has never returned my calls and neither does the phone listed with your company answer my calls! Just the same elevator music...it is maddening. Now I don't even know if I am indeed enrolled in Medicare. I have never experienced such dereliction of customer service.
