First, I was given a Medicare supplemental plan for my husband that was way more expensive than what is offered for the same plan in New York. Luckily I spoke with someone at the state and found that out. First policy cancelled and handled the new policy by myself. Second, it's been over a month since he put in an application for dental insurance, and my Smartmatch sales agent doesn't respond to emails and phone calls. Last I heard he said he would "look into it" and nothing. So I do not recommend this service.
