I've been receiving almost daily annoying phone solicitations from spoofed numbers from their lead generation company in India. Not only do they use fake phone numbers when they call, they use rotating fake generic names like "American Health", "Medicare Info Plus" etc. I've asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor or someone to put me on a do not call list to no avail, only to have them hang-up. I've received calls as early as 6 AM and wanted them to stop. Finally, I played along and acted like I was interested, only to be connected by the Indian lead-generation caller to a SmartMatch representative who then qualified me and connected me to another SmartMatch employee - a sales agent. The point here is that SmartMatch is retaining a bottom-of-the-barrel off-shore company that has no capacity to put me on a do-not-call list. I want to report the lead-generation company to the FTC but don't know who they are. No legitimate company like SmartMatch should sub-contract to these questionable organization. UPDATE !2/2/24. This issue remains unresolved as I called the phone number provided and was connected to a regional insurance salesperson who claimed to put me on a do not call list for SmartMatch which has never called me directly as I pointed out in this review. The problem is with their offshore lead-generation subcontractor which continues to incessantly call me daily. I cannot get through to anyone with authority to inform the subcontractor, whose identity I'd like to know, to stop this at the source.
