Not all is as presented

Although the personnel were very personable, the experience was less than satisfactory. I switched from Humana to UHC. My wife opted not to. Yet they put her on a policy without permission causing extreme inconvenience until we, through the help of Medicare, got it straightened out. I was given a food card which turned out to be only good at Walmart. Out of buying a pizza, 4 cans of vegetables, and 2 fruits. Only the pizza and 2 fruits were allowed. Turns out they they appear to have a special kick back deal with Walmart such that not all grocery stores will honor card. Despite being told the card would cover any groceries, only certaing Walmart food were covered. Switched back to Humana! Always make them tell you ALL the details!
