When we had a question or wanted to do a minor change on our order, they managed to get it fixed within hours. We used their onboarding package to onboard our remote employees all over Europe. This used to be a hassle, but their international shipping helped us offload many operational hurdles.

Said on the website delivery in 8 days, isn't 8 days, it's 8 working days PLUS delivery time, and the salesperson said you can't trust the days and it's only an average. Emailed back and forth for 3 days, gave all instructions on the order but then ultimately was told they cannot deliver in time. This meant we had no printed merchandise for out event as we were left too later to find an alternative supplier. Slick website with misleading information and a slow support turnaround time.
