the veneers turned out Great. the first impression came out good first time and the first time I received them they were perfect!

This company was very helpful throughout the whole process and very prompt in responding to all correspondence!

Shiny Smile Veneers met my expectations and more! They provide plenty of Instruction to take your at home teeth impressions/molds. They provided plenty of impression material for mistakes. They are dental professionals. The product they provide is very nice but is based off of the impressions that the buyer can provide. Excellent Impression= Excellent Veneers!! Read INSTRUCTIONS. I received my veneers 3 weeks Perfect Bright white smile! And they even fixed my chipped front tooth!

The customer service was great my tip was a little short of the gum line the first time they mailed out a new kit to fix it, got here in two days! I have had the veneers for a couple weeks now and I love them I am more confident and get lot of compliments. The only down side is having to take them out when eating

i've had a great experience with shiny smile. their staff has been very helpful and kind with any questions or problems i've had. i have always been a little hesitant to try snap on veneers because of the price but i wish i got these years ago, and i'm glad i went with this company. my confidence has improved so much since i started wearing these and i always get compliments on my smile 😊

Very good experience. Just follow all of the instructions and things should be fine. Unlike many others, I wasn't missing any front teeth, and my teeth were perfectly straight. So why did I want veneers? I wanted to bump up the brightness of my smile. This is especially important for those of us in our 60s and 70s.

Horrible just horrible. Placed order on 2/10/2023, for $485. Both top & bottom veneers. The top veneer impressions came out ok. They went into production. I was having issues with them and making the bottom veneers. It took 9 impressions to make the bottom veneers. Shiny Smile sent me 2 impression kits for free. However, I had to purchase 3 more at $21 each. When they were approved they were ok, but not great. They are better than the top ones. While waiting a month on the bottom veneers, I received the top veneers, they felt great for about a week. Then they began slipping the veneers had cracked at the seam of a tooth in 3 different places. I emailed the company and they offered to make another veneer.This time even stronger. They also told me I was wearing it too much and that caused the issue. I wore the veneers about four hours a day, and did not eat or sleep in them. My second top veneer and my bottom veneer came in at the same time. Together theses things feel like you’re wearing a pig piece of plastic in my mouth, and I slurred my s’s and r’s. It was like being Daffy Duck. This subsided some, it took about a week. Just in time for my top veneer to crack at the seams, like the first ones. This time I sent pictures and videos addressing my concerns and where it may help to strengthen it. They advised they would address my concerns when making the 3rd veneer. It took a little over two weeks to get the third veneer. They did feel a little tighter than the first two, I though maybe they listened and addressed the concerns. They did not. Within a week they began to crack at the seams as well. They also developed a crack on the bottom of the veneer from one of my top teeth pushing through the veneer material. I contacted Shiny Smile about this on 5/31/2023. I ask them because if all the issues if I could please remake my top impressions. I even offered to pay for the impressions kit again. They replied on 6/1/2023 with a counter offer. They claim the crack at the bottom was due to a forced bite & they would be happy to remake the top veneer at a reduced cost of $150. Plus the cost of the impression kit. I do not know what a forced bite is. However, I do no you could not bite anything with both top and bottom veneers in. I always wore them as a set. This is not a forced bite. It’s cracked from the inside out. This is poor craftsmanship. I read all the reviews about this company. Shiny Smile was highly rated. Stating excellent customer service & excellent product. I did not have this experience. I gave them over $500 and now they want more. I’ve filed complaints, and considering other courses of action, because I lost a lot of money.
