Unable to return

I was informed that I am unable to return sale items (exchange only). Not only can I not return but I also have to pay shipping to send back if I choose to exchange. This policy seems inconsistent with other retailers. I also received an email from someone claiming to be the owner and it asked for a reply if I had questions. I replied asking for the name of the owner as it was not specified in the email and did not receive a response. All of these things make me very leery of this company and would not order from them again.

Hard to find items in one website

I was looking for a certain type of Nike dunks my daughter wanted for Christmas, but they were hard to find until I come across this website, Tops and Bottoms and they had them at a reasonable price. The process of ordering was easy and they shipped out expedited so I received them before Christmas. I received them as described and in great condition.

NYC customer!

Found them via a Google search in Feb 2023. Was very skeptical. Asked some people on a blog and 2 people said they were legit. Fast fwd 5 months later, July 2023 I ordered a pair of sneakers from them. The customer service was unreal in a good way. I'm in NYC and I believe they're in Chicago or some Midwest city. Fast fwd to November 2023, a coat popped up on their website and I didn't hesitate to reach out to them. The cost was a great price but I wasn't sure the size would fit(pause). What I like about their customer service is I texted them and they call immediately. I told Jared that I will go check to see if the coat fits in my city then call you back. I checked, it fit and Jared sent me an invoice immediately. He was even willing to hold it for me but I told him I'm paying for it right now. Then he was telling me about other deals he had in the store right now as well as sent the actual item to my phone so I can see it in real time. I will NEVER hesitate to use them all the way from NYC and I will hope Jared will continue to support me how he's been in my last interactions. P.s. I forgot to add they shipped the same day. 💪🏾
