I got a call on 19th of November, That I won the raffle. They delivered the Lost&Founds within 3 days. Very good people. Will surely order from them. Very good experience.

My order wasn't filled the day I ordered it.. I had to continue to call daily before I could get someone to correctly fix my issue

I recently ordered from tops and bottoms and had great communication at the start about the order. After about 5 days of not being shipped(Their Website Says 1 Day Shipping) I messaged them and they said it would be shipped that day. Fast forward 2 days they are ignoring all of my messages which included me trying to cancel my order. It took me threatening to take legal action for them to cancel my order. Total scam do not order from here

I placed an order on 11/19 and was told I'd receive shipping tracking number by 11/25. That day came and went and was assured I'd receive it by end of day 11/26. That didn't happen either. Pretty much had 1k of my money held up and they weren't shipping anything. I finally just had to ask for a refund as they baited us in to make these large value orders and they weren't even going to ship it. It's like we gave them a loan and they were holding onto our money. I would not buy from this company... T&B was happy to bait me and my friends into spending over 10k together with them, but never was able to actually get us what we ordered. Adding as of 12/17 friend ordered from them mid November and a label was made 11/29 and HAS YET to move. They're ridiculous. Messaged the phone line and Instagram and no one will do crap about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Called and ordered myself Jordan 1 Lost and Founds with the purchase of other items over the phone. Over 1 week later nothing shipped and they kept telling me I will get a shipping email today for 4 days straight. Sketchy and lied to me multiple times. My order never shipped and I had to fight with them to get my refund. HORRIBLE PLACE and horrible support. They lie to you and didn't ship any of my orders. Will NEVER order from here and think twice before you do!

They were very helpful & courteous. The last thing is they were the only ones who had the item I wanted & they gave me a great price.

He was really kind and patient given the fact that he had been answering calls for hours upon hours which really impressed me.
