Did a raffle for the Air Jordan 1 low “Mocha” and forget all about it. I received a text message from Tops and Bottoms with a phone number I didn’t recognize and immediately called them with the phone number I have on file and spoke to Mr William who assured me the phone number was legit. I double checked and he was correct. I ended up not getting the kicks because I already cop off the Nike snkrs app. I was impressed with gentleman and will continue to do more raffles with them. I bought from them in the past and their delivery was on point. Cheers.

Have always had nothing but great experiences shopping with Tops & Bottoms. Just when I thought I took an L on kicks I really wanted I somehow always come up getting them through Tops & Bottoms. Their raffle system is fair and actually works. I don’t enter every single raffle but the two times that I have I hit! I was able to secure and check out via invoice without a problem. The last time my drawing was successful I had the pleasure of dealing with Williams who made everything smooth as can be. I can’t recommend Tops & Bottoms enough and will continue to look to them whenever there is a high demand drop! I suggest you do to! ordered my shoes last friday, sept. 13th & they just arrived today only 4 days later. i didn’t upgrade my shipping option either.

I just placed my order, but I was talking with an associate named William and he was very helpful with placing my order! So far great customer service!

I ordered a pair of shoes 8 days ago and they haven't yet shipped. I haven't heard back from customer service. I live about 30 miles from the store, would have expected them a week ago. I won't be shopping here in the future! UPDATE: One day after posting the first review, I received a response telling me the shoe was unavailable and they would issue a credit. I suppose that's how business works now... reviews matter, people... not so much.
