I got what I ordered quickly

Socks were what I ordered but we're very thin material.

The item I ordered arrived on time and was in excellent shape.

Was delivered quicker than I expected

I had to send most of the order back to you. I wasn't satisfied with most of it. The slip on shoes were much too large; the lumbar support brace had a slip that stated "cancer reported from CA" (?) and the ring sizers I couldn't figure out how to put them on.

The order fulfillment took way too long because it wasn't even shipped until 7 full days had passed from the initial order.

they are fast with getting my order right and ready to send. thats the mean thing.

The items purchased are mostly delivered on time. I am still waiting for white ankle socks that have not been delivered. I am still getting too many emails from Easy Comforts, and too many cataloges.

I have not received my order yet! Has not even been shipped! There has never been any tracking information on it and I'm thinking that this is a bogus company!

I disliked that the person who took my phone order was so focused on her script that she missed the number of the items I needed--not one pair but 6 pair. I blame myself for not questioning her when the total cost was so much lower than I expected. And is this the company that sent me the bath brush I didn't order and charge me for it?
