I found a product I have been looking for

I WAS SENT A RETURN LABEL WITH MY PURCHASE THAT WAS VERY CONFUSING.WHENT TO POST OFFICE TO RETURN TO YOU AND ALL IT DID WAS MAIL IT BACK TO ME. VERY INCONVENIENT SINCE I HAVE NO TRANPORTATION.NOW I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GO BACK TO POST OFFICE AND MAIL IT THE RIGHT WAY.

Cancelled my ongoing subscription because the product is not thick enough to satisfy my needs. I want a refund and I called customer service to do so; but, you charged me anyway!! I have to send this back because it doesn’t meet my requirements. I’m stuck with a HUGE BOX of pads that I’m forced to send back!!! This is SO INFURIATING!!!

Good service, inventory and product.

The seat cushion didn't sit up, was too soft for support and was overpriced for what arrived. I ended up buying a $30. cushion from Amazon which met my needs and is actually helping my sitting.

I use a "rollator" (a walker with four wheels and a seat) due to a shattered femur. I deeply appreciate the items available to me through Easy Comforts as I rarely see them elsewhere. Ordering online and delivery go smoothly. Thank you!
