I recently had trouble getting out of the shower. I ordered a stepstool from Easy Comforts and now I have no trouble. it's just the right height for me. It was delivered two days early and very easy to put together.

The rollator arrived within a week and there was no tools required to assemble. The item is exactly as described and it works great.

I ordered stuff that I needed after surgery and the problem is - it was sent through the USPS, but the USPS NEVER delivers here. So, anyway, 1st it was sent to New Jersey instead of New Mexico, because the USPS didn't know what to do with it and then when I advised this company, they resent it with the USPS and it's being routed somewhere before it's returned to the company or given to someone else again. The only ground service that delivers here is FedEx and the company was advised of that, but sent it through the USPS anyway. Poor communication!

The product was securely packaged. It was delivered timely. Although, your Website generates multiple Transactions when trying to order Online at Checkout. This needs to be looked into. I found this to be an issue with your other mail order companies as well, i.e., Starcrest. Makes me cautious when considering placing an order. Can not afford multiple Transactions Debited from my Account.

Honestly, I was surprised at the lack of quality in a couple of items I had ordered. I disregarded the obvious high cost of the items and decided that's what you pay for the convenience of not leaving the home , but I can't look over the quality! I had no problems with shipping but all in all I won't be doing any more business with this company.
