Run North West made it slightly more bearable as I made 3 separate orders trying on 5 pairs of shoes in the comfort of my own home - a range of payment options, super quick delivery with a personalised message in each and fuss free returns with quick refunds. First time shopping here, and it was online. Shoes I ordered did not fit so I sent them back and bought a different pair. Both times the new shoe boxes had a personal thank you note with some candy. Run North West sent me an email confirming they received the original pair that did not fit me and would process my refund. I got the refund2 days later directly back on the card I used in the purchase…great customer service and great selection of running gear! I will be shopping here again.
