I was actually impressed with this company. I’ve realised that I’ve picked the wrong style when placing the order. i gave them a call the next day and shock- an actual person picked up the phone and instead of giving me the usual ‘ we can’t change, wait to receive them and send them back for a refund and place another order’ she actually checked if they been dispatched and if they are in stock and she done the swap. Advised me if I don’t get an email confirming the swap to call back. 5 min later I got the email, 1 day later got the shoes! I got a happy husband whose gift it was delivered in time and I was left with pleasant feeling that there are still some small companies that value their customers. 100% recommend
