I ordered my new trainers a week ago which were meant to be on next day delivery which didn’t arrive. I have contacted the shop about this on several occasions, which they state they can’t do anything about this issue until almost 2 weeks later when they can take this up with Royal Mail. I do not recommend Royal Mail as a delivery company as they seem to lose an awful lot of parcels. I have contacted royal mail about this but it’s just an automated system that doesn’t really help. As a runner, I needed these trainers to come in time so I could wear them in before my race which isn’t going to happen now. I would say I’m over all very disappointed with the service I’ve received so far and the lack of effort in resolving this issue for me by this company. These trainers cost £180 and your only response so far is to buy another pair. I do not have £360 to folk out on trainers. This is your issue and I’d advise you to resolve it.
