Excellent customer service with fast dispatch. My only issue is that you use Royal Mail for delivery, as their service tends to be as unreliable as the worst couriers

I ordered a pair of Altra trainers and am really impressed with their performance so far. In terms of my experience with Run North West in particular their customer service was second to none, there was a slight issue with delivery (entirely the fault of the courier) but RNW were extremely apologetic and helpful, their response time to my query was very swift. When I received my order there was a thank you note and some sweets included which is was a nice touch and rounded off a great experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend shopping with them. I’m a firm believer in supporting independent businesses and in the case of RNW it feels as though you are being rewarded for doing so too.
