Louisa was so helpful. I ordered a running vest online for my daughter's birthday. It arrived and when I took it out of the packet, it was full of grit so I thought it had been shunted round a warehouse floor. I was SO wrong. Inside the packet was a little packet of Love Hearts - how kind - but Royal Mail had scrunched the packet so the vest was covered in crumbs!!!
