Great communication throughout and the added little touch of a compliments slip handwritten within the box is a nice touch - trainers put to the test on a 8.5 mile run. Always enjoy superb service from the team at Run North West, on this occasion decided to visit store. Very friendly staff who advised I could have used one of the two spaces in front of the shop (top tip 😁). Tried a couple of sizes and made choice with assistance from staff and made purchase. I received my Brooks woman's ghost 16 trainers the other day and just wanted to say that if every company worked like you and added the little touches to their delivery, they would have a good business!

My second purchase of trainers this year. Again delivered free, promptly and using Royal Mail. The trainers were for my nine year old Grand-Daughter and a small packet of love heart sweets were in the box, which I though was a nice touch. As an experienced runner I knew how to measure her feet and they fitted perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
