Staff member was knowledgeable and despite me not being sure which trainers I wanted to buy, staff were accommodating to let me look at various pairs without any pressure on me to make a decision there and then. As it happens, I left the shop without buying any, but after thinking about it overnight, I was then more than happy to return and buy my preferred pair from their online shop.

Received email saying idem delivered - but has apparently gone to the local delivery office, not to my house. No information about collection, no card left at my house, very confused about why the final delivery destination would be a delivery office. Item has since turned up a few days later, I think Run North West need to discuss this case with Royal Mail to ensure similar doesn’t happen to other customers.
