Excellent from order to delivery

I am now a regular buyer of running shoes from Run north west. They deliver really quickly, and each time there is a handwritten note a little packet of love heart sweets. Such a thoughtful touch. I strongly recommend them

Excellent service

They were wonderful, my despach address wrongly picked my old address , there was no option to get them corrected and I was asked to cancel the order and place a new order equally the refund for the earlier transaction came back within few minutes. I never picked a special delivery but still received the consignment the next day in Royal Mail . Customer service was Awesome.

I have ordered several times now from Run West and each time they deliver on time and the Customer Service is really good.
