Loved my experience with Limitless Coaching
I found Limitless Coaching on Instagram via another person's account - saw the wonderful transformation on them, and I took the leap. My coach Morgane was so good. She truly understood my lifestyle and was so flexible that I was almost skeptical as to whether I was making sufficient changes to see results. But she taught me in 4 months how to make sustainable habit changes, how to stick to them and didn't let me be harsh on myself on the weeks I did poorly. I lost ~8 kilos during my journey, dropped body fat, dropped a dress size, and I'm enjoying activity more. So glad I took this journey on, thank you to my coach and the team overall.

I cannot recommend Coach Molly enough! She has been an incredible support throughout my fat loss journey, guiding me every step of the way with her expertise, encouragement, and genuine care. Even when I had moments where I slipped up, she never made me feel guilty—she was always there to help me get back on track with a positive and understanding approach. Her coaching is not just about numbers on the scale; she truly prioritizes long-term success, mindset, and overall well-being. She tailored everything perfectly to my needs, making sure I had a plan that was both effective and sustainable. Her knowledge of nutrition and training is outstanding, and she always provided clear, practical advice that made the process feel manageable. As someone who’s struggled with her weight for 20+ years I was very sceptical when I joined limitless. The idea of losing with an online trainer, no intense cardio and non restrictive dieting sounded too good to be true. But I had nothing to lose! Lizzie has changed my life in more ways than just weight loss and has managed to save the remaining years of my 20’s! If someone else is on the fence I’d highly recommend :).
BEST EXPERIENCE
What a wonderful program!! I’ve been struggling for years to lose weight and finally have been able to with this program. My coach, Deoni, guided me on how to properly measure and track my food in order to stay in calorie deficit and FINALLY lose the weight I’ve been trying to lose for years!! She keeps me accountable for the days I don’t and is always encouraging! I’ve always been active in the gym but to finally notice progress with weights and seeing the change in my body composition has truly boosted my confidence and I’m so glad I took the leap of faith!
Great Guidance & Accountability, But Some Practical Challenges
I’ve been following the Limitless fitness program and appreciate several aspects of it. One of the standout features is having a dedicated coach—Morgane—who has been fantastic with check-ins and motivating me throughout the process. She consistently reminds me to celebrate the small achievements, which has been invaluable for my mindset. The weekly check-ins are incredibly helpful in celebrating progress and making adjustments when needed, ensuring I stay on track. Morgane also educates me on how my metabolism works and how my body utilizes food and exercise, which has been eye-opening and has made me more conscious of my choices. The fitness app is a great tool for organizing workouts and setting calorie intake goals, making it easier to track progress. However, one challenge is counting calories and coming up with meals that meet macro and calorie targets—it’s time-consuming and not always practical when cooking for a family. Additionally, while the workout videos in the app are helpful, they don’t include voiceover instructions, which would make a huge difference in ensuring proper form. It would be beneficial if the videos included step-by-step guidance, with explanations on how to perform each exercise correctly and common mistakes to avoid. Overall, Limitless provides solid structure, valuable education, and a supportive coach, but there are a few areas where improvements could be made to make the program even more practical and user-friendly.
Undeniably Lifechanging
Please know - I do not write reviews. The fact I am writing a review for Limitless Coaching is a testament to how phenomenal my experience has been. I started working with Annie from Limitless in March 2023. Since working with her, I’ve learned how to be confident and not anxious in the gym, I’ve completely changed my relationship to food (I’m still a foodie and can be while ALSO being healthy) and I’ve lost 25 stubborn pounds. I am the healthiest I have ever been in my life and because the changes are sustainable, I am confident my lifestyle will remain this way for the rest of my life. I am now a healthy person and I never thought that could happen. I’ve been well supported with constant (every single day) texting for question/tips/venting, weekly video check ins for progress and also any zoom calls when I request them if I want or need them. This works because you’re so well supported and trust me - I’ve tried fitness trainers and different coaching apps in the past (noom, future, and a personal trainer) without these results. This simply works. Well worth the investment.
Definitely worth it!
I’ve been part of this programme only for a couple of months and despite that have LOVED it. Coach Molly has been so supportive and patient (especially with how busy I have been the last month) and offering personalised ways to manage workouts and nutrition while away from home. It feels very easy to talk to her and you never feel judged if you go off the plan. The feedback I have got has always been very personalised to me and addresses any questions or concerns I have. When I said I wanted to get into running Coach Molly gave a personalised running guide. When I asked to get back into the gym and also maintain a running day she provided a tailored program with exactly what I needed. Along with this, Molly has been a huge help with balancing nutrition while still having a life. If anyone is on the fence about this I recommend do it! It is an investment in yourself and you’ll feel amazing 💖 Thank you Molly! 💖
Limitless coaching Rating
I had Molly as my coach she is lovely and understanding and I am enjoying my journey with her. She do come up with great recipes for her clients and always supportive and helpful. She always reply and be there if I need anything related to recipes or workout. It’s my first month and so far I like it a lot and I would recommend limitless coaching for anyone who would really want to work on there goals and meet a wonderful community
The best experience of my life
Before starting with limitless I was struggling with my weight, I tried so many things, cutting my food low and working out like crazy but nothing ever worked and I was stuck on one weight for a long time. Then I saw my friends video that inspired me to me and I followed aliaa, then she reached out to me and asked me about the reason to follow and she helped me set up a call. I was a bit hesitant with having online and not having someone physically there, but when working with molly it was the best thing I’ve done. She really helped me be more confident and know how to work around with my food while still enjoying it! My biggest breakthrough was loosing 7kg that I never knew I could, and lifting weights I never I could lift! I have never been so happy with this program, it has not helped me only physically but also mentally since I was also struggling, but with molly I not only have a coach but like big sister/ best friend who is always there for me and cheering me and supporting me all the way. For anyone hesitant joining I say go for it! It is the best thing ever to change your life, and molly is the best coach/ friend you can ever ask for! Take that jump and join the limitless family 💖💖💖
Highly recommend Molly
I would highly recommend Molly as a coach who I have been working with since October 2024. I started because despite all the high intensity exercising, tennis, yoga and others - for 2 years, I hadn’t seen any real changes on the scale. With Molly, it was all about the small changes, being mindful with emotional eating, learning about nutrition and exercising right. In fact, my life changed considerably as I had an accident during sport and have been through two knee surgeries since November. Despite that and the lack of mobility, I have lost about 6-6.5 kgs just with nutrition changes. I owe a lot of the progress to Molly’s regular check-ins, motivation, tailored exercise plans (as an FYI - I can barely stand straight and have been on crutches for the better part of the last few months) and emotional support through a very tough period. As I recuperate from my final surgery and go into rehab - I look forward to continuing my journey and even though I have a long way to go, I am positive thanks to the wonderful Molly!
