I saw a lovely garden chair online from EZ Living. I was a little worried as it had to be shipped to mainland UK from NI, and I ordered it while on hols so wanted to make sure it wasn't delivered till we got home. Customer service was impeccable. prompt response from a real person who got my needs straight away and arranged delivery for the right date. The courier service was first class, the chair was packaged beautifully and the item itself is even lovelier than it looked online. So well made and comfy. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

We dealt with Kate in the Derry store who was very professional and knowledgeable on the different garden furniture we were viewing. We found the store spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming from the second we arrived. We decided on a corner garden set and went with the interest free payment option from where again Kate explained everything very clealry so we felt very assured on what we were signing up to and under no pressure to commit.
