I cannot believe that I received not a…

I cannot believe that I received not a single communication from the company when I hadn't placed and order ever- I didn't think I had a membership and no one even contacted me or emailed me anything about a membership. It's a lot of money for terrible customer service. I'm sick about it

I've been a member for several years now. I really enjoy getting new clothes to wear each week. Generally the clothes are in great condition, occasionally they seem a little too worn but for the most part great condition. A couple of times I've had problems with items that are delivered and customer service has been helpful in resolving the issues.

Sometimes it’s great, sometimes not to so much

Clothes smell bad lately. Styles are too old looking. Takes too long sometimes to receive items and customer service department makes promises that dont hold up. 9-23-20 I’m paying for two garments and have only been receiving 1. I’m so mad at this service. Been a long time customer. 10-1-20 they never own up to mistakes or try to compensate you. Always excuses.

Really enjoy the service, the clothes are awesome. I've only ever gotten a damaged piece once. Otherwise everything fits, is clean, excellent quality. Service is timely.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Gwynnie Bee and plan to continue using this service for ages. I love that I get to try gorgeous outfits that I might otherwise not have access to (either financially or because the stores aren't in my area). Plus, if something is a perfect fit, I can earn rewards and get a discount! My coworkers know that I use GB, and if I wear something particularly fetching, they'll ask, "Is that Gwynnie Bee?" When I inevitable say yes, they'll respond, "You should buy this one! It looks great." I've purchased a couple of outfits this way because of the excellent feedback.

I have been a member now for 5 years and have had over $40,000 in clothes pass through me! Wonderful selections for work, weekends, and vacations! Love Gwynnie Bee!!

Love Hate relationship.

I love that I can rent clothes and send them back or buy them! I absolutely hate that I can't pause my subscription or even that a portion goes toward the amount I'm buying. I think they just increase the amount to buy it based on the time you have it. I think more would be interested if they were transparent and had set amounts of your monthly subscription that directly gave yourself a discount on items purchased.

I love Gwynnie Bee! It is so nice continually getting new options. I have also made numerous purchases if items throughout my membership. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I want to cancel

I want to cancel, but is difficult. Every now and again a contemporary piece will roll in and my hopes will come back, but it is super difficult to get those pieces. I plan on canceling for 2020

I like the service in general however sometimes it takes too long to get my items (I am waiting 2 weeks to get shipments).
