Bought two bottles of aftershave around the 29th December both bottles arrived around the 3rd Jan. Simple and efficient in my experience would use them again but would like to see a wider choice!

I ordered a perfume for my daughter for…

I ordered a perfume for my daughter for Christmas. It never came. They suddenly and without notice gave me a refund. The only communications I received were a thank you for your order and we are working on your order a week later. Then a week or two afterwards a refund, but no communication as to why or if I was still getting it or anything.

Managed to get a large bottle of JPG's…

Managed to get a large bottle of JPG's Scandal (EDP) just in time for Christmas when it was impossible to find it anywhere else-such great service and great Customer Service with a phone number to call to ask about delivery and if there would be a delay-which there wasn't-excellent. Great price too!

I ordered a Christmas gift which never arrived

I ordered a Christmas gift for my elderly mother. I received an email confirming my purchase and that the gift was on its way. It never arrived so I contacted customer service and in their favour, they promptly answered saying the parcel had been lost and would return the money back to my account, which they did. Unfortunately, my mother didn’t get to open her gift on Christmas Day.

great customer service

great customer service. i ordered a perfume for delivery before christmas but royal mail failed to deliver the parcel. I contacted customer service at fragrance direct but was informed that I had to wait for 8 working days after order was placed for them to deem it lost. initially was quite upset because this meant the perfume gift would not arrive in time for christmas but I appreciated the ease of use when contacting customer service, their prompt response, and they sent out a replacement which thankfully arrived finally!
