Just purchased the 90 day program. The program was initial designed with for a normal diet l. But upon contact with Gino (called me within a couple hours of purchase) I explain to him I am vegitarian (lactose and soya intolerant) and he was straight onto it to provide me with a diet plan that suited my specific needs. Within 24 hours I recened my new diet plan and I can see the extra research done to provide meal ideas for me. I have had my day one check in and the support, encouragement and realism of the task in hand has done nothing but further motivate me to become a better and sustainable version of me!!
