Chris was with us in about half an hour. Had been waiting for RAC for about 3 hours and then still had a possible 4 hours to wait. Chris was prompt, friendly and we would highly recommend Norkson to any friends/family in need of breakdown assistance/recovery. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The fella who came out to the vechile, Chris was really helpful and approachable on the matter at hand . Chris tried towing the vechile using a tow truck. Unfortunately the vechile could not be towed as it was too far away from the road and the conditions were very muddy. I woupd highly recommend thus company should need assistance and I would like personally thank Chris for his hard work and proffessionism on the matter.

Had to call Norkson recovery when I broke down on the M58 recently. Couldn't believe how quick the guy got to me, was literally within 45 mins. Friendly, helpful guy and got myself and my car back home safely and price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend 👌
