Great communication and super fast delivery

Didn't get my order correct, promised a refund and then tried to go back on it had to threaten to get PayPal involved as they lied about a refund even though I had it in writing. Crap company

Just placed my first order of boxes and envelopes and i am very pleased with my purchase. The envelopes were cheaper than buying from a shop and the boxes were of a much better quality than expected. Jane/Jayne on the phone was really helpful as i got a bit confused with something (which I now know iIused the wrong email address setting up my account. Her phone manner was top notch. I will return.
