Customer service doesn't exist.

Terrible experience. The company claims to have a "best price guarantee," but their customer service is non-existent. The email listed on their website doesn't even work—emails just bounce back. I also tried reaching out to them on Facebook but got no response there either. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful. Sent a brand new phone. Fobbed me off with needing to do checks??? On a sealed phone?? Keep telling me they will payout. They have had it for 48hrs and still nothing. Would never ever use this company again. Maxima sends over the very minute it’s confirmed. Don’t waste ur time with these people. Shocking!! Have lost my patience now and not recieving any response.

One word to saw awful

This company may be not the company who receive your phone but supports 3rd party companies and there customer service is shocking for a start there email don’t work that’s advertised on their website. The company in question I will post and update on here when I get my phone back which I still don’t have as the agent keeps offering me counter offers which I have requested from day one to send it back. Please stay away and save your device

BEWARE !!!!

Offered me £191 for my immaculate iPhone 12, The phone had been in a case and had a screen saver on since day 1 so was in pristine condition. Sell my mobile sent me an email once they had received it saying that there was a problem and to open up a link of which was a video of my phone trying to explain why they had withdrawn the original price of £191 and were offering me £125 as the phone was not in good condition, trying to say that there was signs of wear on the screen and casing . The video was taken from a distance and obviously didn’t show up any marks on it , and it wouldn’t as the phone had zero marks or scratches. I reluctantly accepted the offer as I had read reviews on phones going missing if customers did not accept the revised offer and wanted the phones returning. The money was transferred into my account within 24hrs . My advice would be to avoid this company, they inflate the price they offer you , with no intention of paying out the agreed price .Note to oneself “ if it sounds to good to be true it usually is” . There are a lot more GENUINE Companies about that can be trusted, my phone was worth £150/£160 . Do your research and read reviews….

Disgrace!

Offered my £81.00 for my samsung galaxy A52s 5G, excellent condition when i sent it off to them was only 2 year old. Arrived with them they then offered me £10 said it was badly damaged inside, their was burn marks u under the screen so it would need everything replacing! Absolutely shocking eventually arrived back to me and sold it no problem to a proper phone company. Iv been advised that these type of people do it so you just except a lower price instead of messing around trying to get your phone back. Please be careful with these guys.
