Best customer service I’ve experienced, EVER!

Best customer service I’ve experienced, probably ever! Shelbie and a few others assisted on getting my business up and going. Making sure my clover was functioning how I needed it to, my billing was adjusted to fit my needs and overall experience with Vizypay has been thorough, thoughtful and reasonably priced! I will be telling my friends and other local businesses how happy I am as well! Thank you Vizypay!

Clover POS went offline

i was having issues with our Clover POS system not receiving internet due to change in provider; Piper, who is a tech associate with VIZYPAY called me and stayed on the phone with me to try and figure it out; i thought the POS just wasnt accepting the new wifi, unfortunately, we couldnt get it figued out and she suggested to notify the provider, because she thought it might have been a issue from the old provider interfering with the new provider from switching, the new provider sent a tech out and got it up & running, i called VIZYPAY back the next day and spoke with Piper, to let her know everything was good to go, because she asked me to, i thanked her for her time and honest concern!!
