I worked with a gal named Vanessa and she was sooo helpful, kind and had a lot of patience with me. It took us a little bit to get login but she stayed with me and we got it done. She was great!

Emily Cox was so kind as she understands my frustration in trying to access my statements. Every time I contact support for my statements to be mailed I am told the account is set up to have them mailed but they aren't. I have to look up my 12 digit merchant ID # every time instead of being able to use a username that I can remember and then my password seems to never work. Then I have to wait for a verification email or text. It simply is too frustrating and time consuming to try to get to a statement! Emily just attached the most recent statement and made my life so much easier. Why can't this be done every month? Or just mail it like it says in my account? Maybe make Emily in charge!
