My unit was not connecting even after I…
My unit was not connecting even after I did a reboot. Then I noticed it said there was no internet connection. So I called and was informed that there was an issue with AT&T. So, the work around was to connect to the internet via my phone's hotspot. So once we did that, the unit processed through. I was concerned about the phone "shutting down the hotspot" from the as it did when I used my laptop. So, after calling my phone provider, I was able to reset the hotspot connection to manually shut off instead. I received a call from you mid-afternoon to inform me AT&T had resolved their issue and she was checking to make sure I could reconnect now and that things were working as they should be. Much appreciated this follow-up. I apologize that I do not remember the woman's name that helped me but she did a great job.
