Had a new boiler and thermostat fitted by gas tech it's gone wrong been waiting a week for someone to phone me meantime costing me 31p an hour 24 hours a day even though thermostat is in off position

Completely wasted my time twice. It’s a shame as the engineers who came out were very helpful. Took a day off in January for a service that never happened. Then, in October I paid a £1000 deposit with another company for a fire installation based on a telephone operator and engineer confirming they could remove an old gas fire, they took 2 days to call me back and will not do the work. My deposit is at risk because of their mixed messages.

We had a new boiler installed by Gas Tech Wales and they were brilliant, they explained everything, the office was very informative and kept me informed at all times, the engineers cleaned up after themselves, they went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Gas Tech Wales we are now lovely and warm!
