Top stuff. Jamie was courteous and professional throughout. The price was fair and the shutter blinds are brilliant. That would get 4 stars, but in addition there was a slight problem where a balustrade was damaged during installation. Jamie arranged to fix this the next day. For me, that's perfect customer service and worthy of a 5-star review.
