This company does good smoked salmon . Their other products are in the same class . Their delivery , packaging, and online ordinarily is so modern and unlike their products . That is because to smoke Salmon well it needs to be done with knowledge from yesteryear . They use and have that knowledge and use it for fine product . I star less than 5 ? Interleaving in the slices only ! Then Perfect !
