Wanted to find a local smokehouse that had a good reputation for quality and avoid using couriers for the delivery. Found this all with Lambton & Jackson, who could have supplied by courier for a modest cost but happy for a collection from their premises. Very happy with the salmon!

Timely delivery of utterly delectable smoked salmon. The juniper is particularly divine.

I ordered last year and loved the smoked salmon. I re ordered this year, but I messed up the delivery date on the order and the salmon was to be delivered on the day of my stay in hospital for an ankle operation. Contacted Lambton & Jackson as soon as i got the delivery notification to try and change delivery, but it was too late! They got back to me within the hour to tell me to enjoy the first order and also offer another delivery on my original preferred date 22nd Dec for Christmas, and, as a goodwill gesture no charge! what a nice thing to do. why cant all companies be as good as this. I am now home in a wheelchair eating far too much gorgeous smoked salmon with more to come for Christmas! Ill try and make it last for my three months in plaster. Such a really positive experience indeed, which is rare nowadays. You now have a lifelong customer. Thank you.
