Simply the best smoked salmon I've ever tasted

If you were to interleave each slice with cellophane then the salmon would NOT arrive in a compressed lump, which makes it impossible to separate. As a consequence although the taste is marvellous - probably the best within the UK, the compression of the salmon makes serving impossible and must therefore considerably reduce your market.

Excellent smoked salmon - very meaty but tender and perfectly smoked. I ordered it in early December for Christmas delivery - it arrived a few days before Christmas in a cooler package and with a long shelf life (well into the New Year). Will definitely be ordering this again!
