The lady who dealt with me was very helpful and very polite. I was in the shop for a good hour and she gave me so many holiday options to choose from, I was spoilt for choice. Picked a holiday and she went through it all with me. The travel agents were based in Aberdare, and the lady in question was called Sophie. Well done to the team who work in the Aberdare branch.

Staff were really good and helpful. They helped sort out a holiday booking, which needed adjusting as first date I required wasn't available, very patient. Helped answer a question on holiday on existing booking to do with a visa requirement. I also ordered currency for collection later in the month. Good experience allround
