The staff in travel house merthyr are great they are always very friendly and helpful we wouldn't go anywhere else they are always very welcoming and can't do enough for us every time we've booked with them

Excellent customer service, where the staff went above and beyond for us (as always!) The staff were friendly, accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We took our young sons with us to make the booking, and one of the agents gave them some colourings to do to occupy them whilst we did the booking, which was very considerate. We had received an email from MSC with a discount code (as we had booked with Travel House last year, for a mini-cruise) and even though the agent was not able to apply the discount themselves, they still honoured the discount code and we were pleased to be able to book with them. The team are always so helpful in looking for holidays, and we have booked through them many times. The customer service is second to none, with staff even highlighting specific deals to us on social media that they feel may meet our needs, and they are always happy to help with follow-up queries after booking. We would highly recommend Travel House as an excellent place to book trips and breaks away, along with other holidays.
