This store is second to none, we refuse to book anywhere else, Lisa and chelsea have this store running to absolute perfection, the staff with mentioned Chelsea and Lisa along with maddie olivia Rhian and curtis are a dream team, we have booked with Chelsea for the past 10yrs, approx 3 holls per year and haver been disappointed, the patients, knowledge kindness and guidance by the staff ensure the perfect customer service ,welcome, and the perfect ultimate holliday resulting in 100percent happy customer service, the team at Brynhyfryd Travel house/Hays are perfect,please pass on my thanks to them

Service not to the usual standard 24 hours later still waiting for my receipt and holiday paperwork as the wrong date was booked first and it had to be changed over the phone
