Have only used to look so far - haven't booked.

I was happy to find a price within my range, but it said my total was $174 , then charged me 211. I recently became homeless and that was all the money I bad, then the confirmation was never sent to the motel, and the manager, banged on my door, and Yelled "CHECKING OUT!!!!!!!????!!!!!" SO RUDE. she didn't even try to be cordule. Then she charged me 10/day for my pet. And wouldn't let me have the key until I paid for her. I still haven't been reimbursed for the "guaranteed price" which is stated on the website very plainly. Then she said if you don't pay today, we reducing your stay by a day making only 3 days.

It was easy sign-ups and was pretty easy finding a hotel and a good discount
